Samantha was very kind and thoughtful. She listened to my issues with scheduling and very kindly sent me another way to complete what I needed to. She also followed up to ensure I was taken care of and happy with our communication
Samantha was incredibly helpful when I needed to reschedule a meeting with my care provider. She was responsive, patient, and made the process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was how clearly she communicated and how quickly she handled everything. I truly appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude.
The lady that took care of me getting my super bill to build my own insurance was very professional. Very polite and made sure that I got my bill. I got it as soon as I hung up with her and then she even called me back to make sure that I received it. She did a wonderful job. Good employee, she's a keeper
I have been using Medvi now for 2 months. I had a small hiccup. I reached out to customer service for resolution.
I was given a bit of contradictory information from the nurses. However, my concerns where heard and my issue resolved.
During the time that I have been using compounds from Medvi, I have had no other issues. So far the communication has been really good.
Elizabeth was very helpful. She confirmed some pieces of information from me & then took action to address my concern. Within 24 hrs, I had a confirmed, rescheduled appointment & my prescription was received by my pharmacy. Great customer service!
The medical professional was both skilled and supportive. The platform was easy to navigate and straightforward. They assisted me on the same day, saving me valuable time and money compared to traditional appointments and the hassle of searching for a doctor and waiting.
What a disaster! Be cautious if you consider using this service. If you decide to proceed, be ready to deal with the frustrating process of trying to reclaim your funds. This service feels fraudulent. They promise to connect you with a doctor who will prescribe specific medications, but that simply isn't the case. I was wary from the start, given the current scrutiny on certain medications and the potential for legal repercussions against any physician who prescribes them in good faith. So, when I saw one of these medications advertised on the platform, I was skeptical but decided to give it a shot. Here’s what I encountered: 1) Their online scheduling tool was frustratingly complicated and malfunctioned. I had to reach out to customer support to correct a double booking. 2) The software meant for submitting and uploading my medical history failed entirely. After contacting customer service, they suggested an alternative method, which also didn’t work. Eventually, the agent just went ahead and confirmed my appointment regardless. 3) When the appointment arrived, the video functioned, but there was no sound. After some struggle, we managed to get the audio working, but it was extremely difficult to hear. We pushed through, but when I started sharing my medical history, the doctor abruptly interrupted me. He seemed uninterested in my background and immediately suggested prescribing either a common SSRI or an outdated medication, both of which are easily available from any doctor. Eventually, we switched to a phone call, but the audio was still poor, making it hard to understand the doctor. It became obvious that he was there just to quickly prescribe something rather than genuinely listen to my needs. I ended the conversation, realizing it was all a scam. In the end, I disputed the charge and was successful. However, the service tried to contest my dispute by claiming they merely connect patients with doctors, insisting I still owed payment. Nonsense! They attempt to present themselves as a mere intermediary to avoid accountability. However, they are more involved than that. All payments go through them, and they actively promote which medications the doctors will prescribe. The process for gathering medical history failed, and the doctor ignored my medical background entirely. No physician should prescribe medication without a proper assessment, especially controlled substances under scrutiny. It was clear there was never any intention to prescribe what was advertised. I kept detailed records of all communications, which I provided to the card company, along with my argument that this was a significant fraud. I successfully reclaimed my $200. While having documentation helps, it's not strictly necessary to dispute a charge. Ideally, it's best to avoid engaging with services like this altogether.
I want to express my gratitude for the assistance I received today. Everyone has been trying to help, especially when I was suddenly faced with the need to find a new doctor. My visit with the doctor was pleasant, and I’m relieved that we managed to resolve everything. I truly appreciate all the efforts made on my behalf.
My husband is currently also being scammed by Elizabeth hagen, I justvread another review from a man going through the same thing. She all of a sudden demanded documents from one of my husbands other doctors even tho he has been with medvidi and recieving a prescription for almost a year now. So waiting on the back and fourth between doctors, being told daily "they're working on it" not being able to get any kind of response that's helpful or from Elizabeth herself. She is refusing to send in his meds until this documentation is done and left my husband without his medication over Thanksgiving and he is now sick without it because its a controlled substance. But they know that. They know what these meds can do to people and they are screwing him over for a week now. Over a holiday at that when he is a husband and father. It's disgusting and the real joke about it is they've been prescribing him his vyvanse for almost a year WITHOUT this documentation they all of a sudden have to have. So if it is that important then they didn't do their job right to begin with and now my husband is getting the shit end and sick without his medication. It's disgusting and unethical. No one will help us. We just keep getting the run around. I hope she slept well at night over thanksgiving that she got to enjoy with her family while my husband was going into withdrawal and fighting to keep on a happy face for our children. Sick twisted people and that's putting it nicely.
Oh and of course she still took his money!
