After further research, I recognized my error and exited before completing the payment. However, they still have my email, and I'm receiving reminders to finalize the process. I suspect the service might function, but why pay five times more? The official site processed my application quickly and easily, utilizing automated features through the passport chip. Ensure you access the government site, not a third-party provider.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received. I applied for a travel authorization on 2 January and was charged £93, despite the official fee being £16. I recognized the error on the same day and promptly requested a cancellation and refund before my application was processed, but I received no reply. The following day, my application was approved and my refund request was rejected. This situation feels unjust and misleading. I acted swiftly and in good faith, but I was overcharged and left without assistance. I firmly believe I deserve a full refund of £93.
