As of today, April 23rd, despite another representative assuring me of a morning callback, I have yet to hear back. Many are attracted to this service through influencers and lawn care specialists, but my experience has been the worst I've ever had. The service has been outstanding in keeping my garden in excellent condition. Their seeds and lawn care products are high-quality, user-friendly, and the results are impressive. Delivery was prompt, and the online ordering process was seamless.
After moving into a home with severely neglected lawns full of deep-rooted weeds, I applied a weed killer followed by deep scarification. I mixed high-quality lawn seed with topsoil and covered the existing lawn. After regular watering, I saw germination within a week! This was in August. After a month, I mowed the lawns for the first time at a high setting and have continued since. Now, my lawns are something I can truly take pride in. This seed is truly remarkable, and I would highly recommend it.
I ordered summer fertilizer on July 27, 2025, but never received it. After calling, they promised to send another one, which also didn’t arrive. I was informed it was on hold at a depot. Despite multiple follow-up calls, nothing arrived. I inquired about a refund, which was said to take 10 days, but I received nothing. After nine calls in August and September, they kept saying the refund was processing. When I called again, they told me it went through on September 9, but I still hadn’t seen it. I called back today, and they claimed to request a new refund, which should arrive tomorrow. Ironically, shortly after the call, I received a message confirming the refund. It's ridiculous that it took from July 27 to September 24. I've had to reach out every time; there was no proactive communication from them. Very disappointing service.
I had been searching for Gallup XL and struggled to find it until I discovered this service. I placed my order and paid easily on their site, and it arrived three days later, with excellent communication from the couriers and a perfectly timed delivery slot. Thank you for the great service!
I placed my seed order last Wednesday. After reading some concerning reviews, I called the service, feeling anxious about my order. They assured me it would be delivered within 3 to 5 days, and I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived a day early on Friday. The reviews had me worried enough that I even bought backup seed elsewhere. Interestingly, the seeds from this service, planted two days after the backup, are already showing significantly better germination. This was my first order, and despite my initial worries, it turned out to be a positive experience. I want to share this to provide a more balanced view, as the issues mentioned in other reviews may not be universal. I urge the service to address the negative feedback; they have a good product and can deliver effectively.
