I had a terrible experience with this steam cleaning company. Not only did they do a poor job the first time, but I actually had to ask them to come back and redo the work because the carpets still looked dirty. Even after the second attempt, the results were far from what I expected.On top of that, they left a mess behind—nothing was tidied up, and I ended up having to clean up after *them*. The staff was rude when I mentioned the issues, and their customer service was just as unhelpful. It felt like they had no interest in resolving the situation or ensuring I was satisfied.Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
