I receive countless emails from this company under various names, and they are all spam. They try to make them appear as if they are from my bank or similar sources. This needs to be reported; my email is completely out of control.

Beware of this Marketing Approach

As a customer targeted by this service, I've found that the unsubscribe option is ineffective. If you utilize this company for marketing, I will avoid engaging with your business. This company used to operate smoothly, but that seems to be a thing of the past. They have significant issues with their system that adds strange characters to emails sent to mobile devices, and their response has been non-existent. I pay for an annual membership and am considering switching to another provider. Their response to my inquiry about a refund for unused months was dismissive. While one representative tries to help, it's clear they lack support from higher management. They keep postponing solutions with vague promises. It’s frustrating to think about the future of a company that stops sending promotional emails.

The email service did not meet my needs. I attempted to send a test email, but it was held for approval and never sent. During the trial period, I clicked on 'Close account,' but the pop-up warned that all my data would be deleted. I missed the part about needing to email support to cancel. I was charged, and when I reached out, I received a sarcastic reply claiming the information was clearly stated. It was not very clear if you weren't paying full attention.
