This service has been incredibly disappointing. I provided a perfectly sized file for the rectangular label I needed, one that I had successfully used with other vendors. I tried this service due to lower costs, but the results were unacceptable. The colors were completely inaccurate—my purple turned into blue, my green appeared almost brown, orange became tan, and my tan looked white. The pixelation was so severe that the text was nearly illegible. Customer support was even more frustrating. They suggested I should have provided images that weren't available for download on their site and Pantone colors that couldn't be inputted either. Since I approved the proofs that resembled the original images, I was somehow expected to know the final product would be incorrect, despite not being asked for additional files. Consequently, I received no refund and the labels were not corrected. I've successfully made these labels with other vendors and even printed them at home without any issues.

I placed a very straightforward order. It took more than two weeks to enter production after I approved the proof. It still didn't ship on time. I've been waiting over three weeks for a few labels needed for a project. I should have just gone to a local print shop.

However, they informed me that I couldn't use the free shipping code because I was using store credit. When I asked if they could simply offer free shipping without a code, they said no. I just don't understand why they make it so difficult to provide basic customer service. It feels like they're going out of their way to complicate things for loyal customers.

I purchased sticker sheets to print on, but unfortunately, the website experience was terrible. You can't design your own stickers and print them as you wish at home; you have to create the design and buy it from them for a better option. I prefer other brands.

No matter how closely I follow the instructions, the labels do not print centered. The first row looks okay but is slightly off, and as I progress, the alignment worsens until the last row is completely misaligned. I tested three printers, and the issue persists on all of them. It's definitely the software, as the misalignment pattern is consistent. Unfortunately, these stickers can't be used with any other software since they are likely specific to this service. Save your money and look for a more reputable brand.
