Review Time
I saw the Sakura jacket through a Facebook Ad and had to have it! After looking online at the site I was sold but I had never bought or heard of unpractical before. So I came on here and immediately saw all the bad reviews so I was worried a little and decided to pay through PayPal and on the pay in 3 scheme just incase something went wrong.I was emailed a few days later, and told the pre order shipping day of 23 may had been pushed back a week so I was okay with it at least I had warming and offered a 10% discount on another order because of the delay. Just over a week later I received a shipment email. A week later it had arrived in my country. And another 4 days...it was delivered. I'm UK based. So 6-10 suggested delivery time and I think mine was 11 but that's still okay! The jacket is beautiful, great quality , different and unique. So I'm so happy that everything went to plan and I was kept informed all the way. Thank you Unpractical
Honestly idk why people are hating because my experience was great. I waited 2-3 weeks for an amazing quality set, although it was pricey I was aware of the price before I bought it so I can’t say anything about that because I chose to buy it after seeing the price lolz
I’ve ordered a hoodie on 1 st of december… and received nothing till today 19th of december, they don’t even answer properly my email, asking the same question every time, i gave them adress, payment… and nothing… i will go further- court with this
I wanted to share my unfortunate experience with ordering a hoodie for my son from this company. He found the hoodie on their website and was very excited to receive it for Christmas. I placed the order almost a month ago, but the entire process has been a nightmare. It appears that this may be a Chinese company posing as a Canadian streetwear brand.The clothing never arrived. Instead, I received a notice from a Chinese shipping company stating that the address could not be found, and the package was never delivered. The address they had was incorrect and did not match the address on my order form. I have my order confirmation, which clearly shows the correct address.Attempts to contact the shipping company have been unsuccessful. I have also reached out to the retailer, Unpractical, but have only received automated responses. Given the relatively small amount of money involved, I have decided to let it go after posting this review.This is a cautionary tale for potential buyers: the clothing is shipped from China by a questionable shipping company. There are no real people to speak with, and the entire operation feels very scammy. There are no contact phone numbers available either.
