Garbage customer service thats for sure, placed an order for 3 weeks no shipment no response to all my emails and messages.
Just replied “ sorry for the inconvenience we will update shipping when we processed your order” are you kidding me for 3 weeks you can’t process and ship?

And also. I was asked to take a picture of the producto and share it on facebook tagging the company and I will receive a code for a discount. I did it and I haven’t heard anything since:(
I am very dissatisfied as I was promised a store credit since January 5th due to an error with my order, but I have yet to receive a proper solution. I ended up with one product charged at the price of three. It feels unjust to lose my money because of their mistake. Today is January 21st, and there is still no resolution.

I had a positive experience as a previous customer, but my second order was a nightmare. After paying for shipping, I received an unexpected bill for $142 from the carrier. When I reached out to the support team, they insisted I pay this amount to get my order. I complied, yet still have not received my product. After contacting customer care again, they denied my request for a refund. I've ended up spending an excessive amount without receiving anything in return. I understand that running a business can be tough, but that shouldn't excuse poor customer treatment. I will not be returning to shop here and will dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Their price for the face cream I wanted, along with free shipping, was competitive with other overseas sellers, although I had to add a few smaller items to meet the total. The package arrived promptly and the main product was intact, but the smaller items were missing, which was disappointing. However, I reached out to the company with photos, and they promptly responded and issued a refund. I would definitely use their services again. I placed an order on 9 October for 55 EUR, but I have yet to receive anything. The support team initially responded but then stopped replying to my messages. There has been no delivery, no refund, and no assistance. This feels like a scam. I am now submitting a complaint to the relevant authorities. I strongly advise avoiding this service.
