I have been using Uppbeat for years. The first year I was using it for free, and seeing the value in it, I ended up signing up. Best value to price ratio out of all the similar providers out there. Their staff is helpful and amazing.I've had an issue only once which was months ago, but their staff was quick to help me out.
After using the free version of Uppbeat for a few months, I recently decided to subscribe and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Customer service is so kind and easy to get a hold of if you have any questions. As a small creator, I was looking for a place I could find music for my videos while also supporting the musicians. Uppbeat is perfect!
Great customer service! I have sent in a request for a couple of questions to customer service at Uppbeat, and both times I’ve received a courteous and timely response that helped me understand my questions. I felt like the person responding to my questions saw me as a real human being and answered my questions accordingly, and in a world where so much interactions are through computers, I appreciated this a lot.
