Review Time
I've been using Uppbeat for a couple months now for both music, sound effects and motion graphics for my channel and honestly, it's super easy to use. A couple days ago, a video I uploaded was struck with two copyright claims. Their claim removal tool couldn't touch it since the claim came through a 3rd party that represented an artist that had uploaded their content on Uppbeat while creating other music for something else. I was in full panic but I reached out to their customer support via the option and only a couple hours later, had Dano from their support team reply to my concern. They were so helpful and apologetic that this had happened. I filed disputes through Youtube already, but Dano went above and beyond and also made sure to assure me that they'd be contacting the artist to make sure this didn't happen again and if needed, assist with the removal of the claim. I usually only write reviews when I have something negative to say about a product or support but honestly I was so caught off gaurd by just how helpful their team is to resolve issues they can resolve, I had to write this one. Please never change, you guys are absolutely amazing.
Contacted Uppbeat when a YouTube copyright claim was mistakenly placed by a third party. The support team responded swiftly and worked on resolving the discrepancy immediately. Thanks to Dano's assistance, the claim was released within 48 hours. It was also reassuring that Uppbeat got in touch extremely quickly when I initially reported the issue, putting my mind at rest. I was very happy with the overall communication and service!
I was impressed with how quickly someone responded to my questions. Even though I was only trying it out and had questions someone got back to me right away or as soon as possible. If the person I was talking to got busy someone else responded very quickly. Seems like a very responsible company to me. Someone I would do business with for sure.
