Amazing customer support

Amazing customer support! I was having issues Safelisting my channel. I reached out to the Help Center and Dano responded promptly. He sent detailed instructions and even a screen recording of the steps. Everything was very clear and it worked! I really appreciated him taking the extra steps!

Good music, good people

I have been using the free tier of Uppbeat for a while for my personal projects and had queries around the pricing tiers (particularly, which ones would fit my very specific needs when I am ready to upgrade) and Dano was extremely helpful with their response!They provided incredibly detailed answers to my many, many questions regarding my multiple projects and were honest about which tier I needed, not trying to upsell anything I did not need - I originally thought I needed Pro but they advised that I only need Essentials.As a new creator (who does not have a lot of money to spare in my early ventures), this honesty makes me grateful and confident in supporting Uppbeat and their artists on their platform.Their website is also easy to navigate, helping me find the high quality music and SFX I need to best suit my projects, with credit to the original artists.

Highly rate Uppbeat, their soundtracks are great and the library is very extensive.I recently needed some help and contacted Rachel who provided the best customer service I have ever had!She responded to my query very quickly and was very knowledgeable.Rachel resolved my query quickly and efficiently and even took the time to check that the video that I had added the Uppbeat track was playing the sound correctly on my social media account.Rachel was AMAZING and an absolute credit to Uppbeat.Highly recommend Uppbeat to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and great variety of music tracks and assets
