This has been one of the most unprofessional and poorly managed services I have ever encountered. The installation was set for 10:00 AM, a time I confirmed with the company three times due to a medical appointment. However, the installer showed up an hour early and claimed he wasn’t informed of the correct schedule. During our phone call, he was rude and abruptly ended the conversation, stating it was “not his problem but the company’s.” What followed was utter chaos. The company rescheduled the installation three times in one day, and no one showed up each time. Ultimately, I was informed that the installation couldn't happen at all because the company lacked the necessary materials. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for any business that claims to offer professional services. Even though no service was provided, the company tried to hold me accountable and sent a demand for payment. I formally responded, detailed the situation, and tried to resolve it amicably, but the company has completely ignored my correspondence for over a month. To top it off, the payment demand included an incorrect contract date, showcasing a lack of professionalism and basic attention to detail. Overall, this experience highlights a total disregard for organization, accountability, and customer respect. I made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, but the company chose to disengage entirely. I strongly recommend that others think carefully before using this company’s services.

This is my second time using the service this year after they supplied and fitted a composite door in September. I just had 9 windows supplied and installed by them. Highly recommend! The service, quality, and value are top-notch. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They are honest, reliable, tidy, and efficient—a genuinely decent team. The installation by the team was exceptional, and the banter was great. The attention to detail was impressive; everything was very thorough, ensuring nothing was overlooked. I placed an order for windows on November 1st, noted for supply only since we are located in a remote area. The turnaround time was mentioned as 15-20 days. I understand that logistics can be challenging. Over the past weeks, I emailed three times, receiving a blank response once, and then there was silence. Today, December 8th, I called to inquire about the status. The representative I spoke with seemed uninterested and falsely claimed they had been trying to contact me. My number on the order is correct, and I had no missed calls or voicemails. He informed me the order hadn't been processed because they wanted to ask if I would pay an extra delivery charge. Had they contacted me, I would have agreed to it. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and indifference has led me to seek services elsewhere, despite the longer wait time.
This was my first experience with the service, and I am very pleased with the advice and service I received. A replacement back door was fitted, and the quality of workmanship and product was outstanding. They removed the original timber frame and installed a new frame and door without any hassle. All rubbish was cleared away. A fantastic job at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service.
We had friendly and knowledgeable sales staff who were not pushy. We were given timelines for the work (new front door) which was completed on time and to a high standard. The house was left spotless and clean after completion, and the door looks fantastic.
The service was fantastic in fitting a new rear double door. They conducted a quick survey, provided a quote, took exact measurements, and discussed the door furniture and opening before agreeing on a fitting date. Everything went according to plan, and the installation was done by a very pleasant gentleman. I'm very pleased with the outcome.
