Classy wardrobe which my son loves
This was my second purchase from Urban Lockers. Delivered really quickly and put together in a couple of hours by my son. It looks lovely in his room and has lots of space for all his clothes. Looks great and very contemporary. The build quality is also excellent. Very happy with the purchase and the dark grey colour is classy.
Storage Locker & Metal Drawers – Really nice, simple to assemble, and a lovely pink hue. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. The panels could be slightly thinner than expected, but overall, it's fantastic. I hope they hold up well over time.
Frustrating experience with orders. I received a full refund twice without receiving any products! The stated delivery time was 1-3 working days; I waited two weeks the first time and finally got a refund! The same situation is happening again, and I’m still waiting for a response and refund! I won't be ordering from this service again!
I previously posted a review for this service, which I removed at their request after many emails - yet no one called me or provided a contact number. After a lengthy delay in delivery following payment, they assured me they would coordinate with me for delivery after the holidays. This morning, I received an email stating they left it outside my home. Can someone from this service please provide a phone number to speak with a real person instead of waiting for email replies?
