The lady, Guilaine was so helpful and kind and she couldn't do enough to help me. She liaised with the design team for me as I wanted an urn with a photo and sent me a copy of what the photo would look like. I was very happy and they treated me very well. I am still waiting for my urn to be delivered but I was very happy with the choices and chose an urn that looks like a carriage clock as carriage clocks hold a special memory for me.
