The lack of communication and clarity I have experienced with this company is so disappointing. I have tried communicating via email, online chat, and social media for WEEKS. There is unfortunately no phone number to call and get an issue resolved quickly. For paying such a high product price, you would hope customer service would be accessible and eager to help. I truly hope the product works better than my experience has been so far as a first time customer.
I researched for a long time the best LED mask for my needs and I am so happy with my CurrentBody mask it addresses all my needs and I see an improvement in my two weeks of use-skin is looking brighter clearer. I can’t wait to see the results from continued use! It arrived early and in beautiful packaging. I also purchased the neck and chest and will start to use it now that I am comfortable with the face mask. I had a question about the charging and received an immediate response and helpful feedback. Highly recommended!
