I recently purchased both the face and neck mask - Series 2. I will reserve my comments on the face mask since it’s not been 8 weeks yet for me to notice any change to my face in terms of texture, wrinkles, or that it is looking brighter.I do want to say however, that I returned the neck and décolletage mask, and the process was smooth and super efficient. So, thank you Current Body!
Love your company and products! Customer service is great and your delivery is fast! I am a big researcher when it comes to buying products and take a lot of time to explore and CurrentBody was my choice. To anyone looking to buy a red light mask you won’t be dissapointed with CurrentBody!
I’ve only been using my LED mask for a little over 2 weeks and so far so good. I will say, the fit isn’t as great as I’d hoped it to be. With zero instructions on how to attach the straps I had to rely on YouTube to find the right way. The mask itself is great quality and very flexible which is nice. I had a hard faced mask prior to this one and it was miserable. My CurrentBody mask is a huge improvement over that one!
I did a lot of research on all of the red light masks available on the market right now. I chose this one because of great reviews out of the UK actually and the fact that it offers multiple light therapy in one mask. I use the complete setting three times a week and I find it just relaxing to lay there. I've had it for about a week and a half and I don't know if I'm crazy but my skin already looks smoother calmer something like that?I have dry skin with fine wrinkles and rosacea and I'm finding that the different light therapies are actually helping calm down the rosacea on my cheeks.
I was so nervous that I'd get the runaround with having to exchange my mask for the faulty wiring. The process to return it was seamless. Your customer service team was exceptionally nice and I received my new mask two days after I sent the old one back in.
