Unable to contact regarding product received

Update: Customer Service was helpful. Nowhere in the manual did it say to hold down the button for several seconds. That worked! The straps also had no instructions & we’re frustrating to figure out. End of update-all is well. Looking forward to results:)The item will not turn on at all. I’ve followed the minimal instructions that are given, and it should be simple. It appears to be fully charged. There was absolutely no option of contacting anyone on the website until this customer service request for a rating. I hope this moves things forward to get a replacement. I am looking forward to trying the product.

I love the comfort of the silicone…

I love the comfort of the silicone mask! The option to use the eye inserts! Its powerful and does magic in just 10 minutes a day! I've been using another brand for about 1 1/2 years that was hard and heavy. Left marks on my eyes after each use. Used 30 minutes a day and no real difference but.....In just a short time with the Contour series 2 mask I've noticed my skin glowing and youthful! I'm excited to see results after a few months!

10/10 for the Red light hair helmet

I bought the red light hair helmet and it’s too soon to tell but I love the item for how quick and efficient it is. Only takes 10 minutes out of my day. I can’t wait to see results in a couple months.
