Misleading advertising and slow responses

I've finally received a response from a representative, and I must say, my advice to everyone is to avoid this service. Although they claim to ship quickly, my order has been delayed significantly. I've been emailing daily for a refund or cancellation, but communication has been poor, and it feels like I've been misled. Don't make the same mistake I did.
