I placed an order with your company on December 29, 2024... Christmas has come and gone and I haven't even recieved a tracking number from you guys. Please contact me as soon as possible...I have left numerous emails and no one has responded even after I sent the order number as well as my email address ..seems like a scam company..I really hope not...Ive been patient but it's running thin since this was a large order...Thank you
I would give less than half a star… I received The leggings and they came out So horrific they did not match the advertisement and trying to return them is the most horrible part. They told me they will talk to the warehouse but but on the refund policies when I asked them to return, they said…. Sorry for the inconvenience.In this case, you need to pay the shipping fee and tax (If include) when sending back. It may take a long time to finish. Shipping won't be refunded. If the import tax is charged, customer is responsible for it. Once we make sure it's in good condition and can be sold again, we will refund you.How about we issue a 20% discount for your next order and you keep the item?
