Made an order that was unsatisfactory due to fitting. When I enquired to get instructions on sending the bras back, I was informed it would cost me more than I spent on the bras to return them. To help in my dissatisfaction I was given a 20% discount on my new order to purchase the bras I preferred. Reordered and anxious to receive the bras I preferred.
The size chart was very easy to use, and I loved all the discount options. There were tons of options to pick from, but the pictures really helped also. The only thing is I wasn't sure approximately how long the items would take to ship.
Do NOT order from this place. I was soo excited to have something cute to wear for my bday but nope over a FEW weeks now and I still have not received my package. I even paid a $25 express shipping fee. I’ve emailed them several times and just from the to finally email back and tell me that my order is out of stock but they could trade it for something else. They’ve refused to give me a refund and instead give me a discount code to get my next purchase 20% off!!! Like WHAT?!! First provide me with the products I’ve already paid for !!! I definitely will NOT be ordering from shapshe again 👎🏻
Do NOT order from this company. It is a scam! I tried several times to contact them about my order but was never able to talk to anyone or get a response from them. Thankfully my credit card cancelled this order. Shapshe is NOT a reliable company
