While, I was pleasantly surprised to have received my order as quickly as I did and impressed by the quality of the item, I am extremely displeased by the lack of communication and follow up exhibited from the customer service branch of this company. Not long after receiving the item, I submitted inquiries on exchanging the purchased item for a larger size. It’s been a full month with zero clarity and communication in addition to zero indication of monetary compensation for returning the item. This is my first experience with this brand and it will be my last.
Expérience : Unpleasant Expectation: One Superdry jacket on the day it said it would arrive or the next five days after.Frustration: It still hasn’t arrived. How does a 3 day shipping item become an over two week shipping item?Icing on the cake: It was someone’s Christmas gift. Their main gift. They’re still waiting….
