I ordered as a Christmas gift, on 12/15/22 a Women's size 8 Microfiber Expedition Parka Jacket. Once received label on package reflected a size 8. Once jacket was removed from package tag on jacket was a size 4. In the scheme of things, I completely understand these things happen. What I am having a difficult time grasping is Superdry's complete lack of follow through in trying to resolve the issue. It has been nearly impossible to talk to a live person. As of this writing I still haven't received a response. There is no direct US number to call. Very frustrating. Hopefully the correct size will arrive before our New York winter ends.
Super dry has never failed me with my purchases. I am very satisfied with the quality of product and fit. Superdry comes through all the time for every occasion. Shopping online is so convenient but going into the store gives a great experience as well. The customer service is professional but also personal. I love Superdry!!
