The pans are beautiful however I was misled to think we could have them made for $.69 apiece as advertised.The charges for tariff fees, and a separate charge when the color of the pan was changed, using the same logo, did not make sense to me. They drove the price up to over a dollar a pen, and I do not plan to order again from pans.com.
Half my order arrived and the pens were in pieces. We called and you are processing a replacement order, the replacement invoice I got emailed had a price showing to be charged. The charge hasn't hit my account yet so I hope it doesn't. I haven't received the replacements yet. My second box arrived and there were a few in pieces too, however there were about 10 or 15 and the pieces were all in the box and I was able to put them back together.
Working with Anya was Greta. She was polite, informative and helpful. I ordered ink pens with my projects logo and was disappointed in how they looked. I’ve received promotional ink pens from pens.com in the past and these were not even close in comparison to the promotional pens.
