This is my first time to make an online purchase with Superdry. Two things have room to improve. 1) payment process is slow and unstable. During the process, I waited for 5mins for validating my credit card, but suddenly it pumped the merchandise i wanted to buy was out of stock, however the transaction had been processed (meaning my credit card had been charged), without knowing this, i made another purchase that turned out to have double orders. 2) No online cancellation function within certain hours after making purchase. Even though I contacted CS right away, the CS couldn't be able to perform cancel function.
