Sizing runs small compared to their size guide. U.S. store uses inches to measure chest, waist, length etc., but I found all the items I bought were off by 2 inches or more. A XXL shouldn't fit like a medium. A XXXL shouldn't fit like a large. I'm 6"2' 195lbs. Have wide shoulders? You're squeezing into that XXL hoodie. I wear a XL or XXL comfortably in every other brand. That being said, the quality of the items were excellent.
The coat I saw online wasn't instore (Pentagon City)but the youngman helped me find the coat for my daughter online and ordered it the young lady working there assured me it would come before the expected date cause you guys are pretty quick. I really appreciated just good old customer service gard to find these days.He even helped me gage my daughter size by having me try on a coat
