Worst customer service experience ever. We ordered a few shirts and a jacket. We got the shirts in a couple days in a slim envelope and made the mistake of thinking the jacket was shipped separately. After a week or so we called to see where it was. Apparently that was too long to report it. They said it was delivered and it was up to us to prove otherwise. Said we should have taken a picture of the nonexistent package.
Coat arrived very quickly and was well packed Fit was OK, not perfect but should work for me Quality seems to be outstanding.Weather has not yet been cold enough for me to wear the coat but am confident it will meet expectations.Overall am happy and think that compared to competitive coats this one is better value.
