I loved a certain jacket that should NEVER have been discontinued.. It was the W5000022A short jacket (that tapered at the waist a bit -love that so do a lot of women) in black with a nice fake fur collar. I finally after looking everywhere found it on your website must be a left over.. I ordered it came damaged zipper and the fur was horrible all matted and looking very sad I returned it to the Times Square store and I hope you refunded me I never got an email receipt for the purchase or one for the refund back to my CC are you kidding?? So that's my story I saw your current line of warm quilted etc filled coats all boxy styles and few had any nice fake fur at the collar anymore You are losing it..sorry to say you need t up you fashion game your clothes are starting to be boring cheaply made and no imagination you'll end up like The Gap going into Chapter 11 I liked your brand I'll have to avoid until I see some changes.
