I bought a winter coat. I had a specific, unusual style in mind and Superdry was the only vendor I could find offering such a thing at a reasonable price. It arrived in about a week. It's quite warm and windproof, which is what I had hoped. The garment seems well-designed, well-crafted, made with suitable materials. (The only odd thing about it is that the main zipper is reversed from what I'm used to, but I'm sure I can adapt.)
Ordered some jackets online to try on. Once I received them and they weren't the right size, I tried to return them. I was told that because they were on sale, I couldn't return them because they were considered Final Sale. Nowhere on checkout or on my receipt did the words "FINAL SALE" appear. Please update your site so that it is more apparent that you are purchasing final sale items and that they are not returnable. When someone sees "30% off" that does not translate to "FINAL SALE"
