I ordered a jacket in a size 12 the jacket that I received was a size 16. I was very disappointed, as I waited weeks for it to arrive, only for it to be the wrong size. I had to return the jacket. It's been a week and I still haven't received my refund.
I order two item in December 2021, I have not received it and it January 15, 2021. I really do enjoy your clothing, but after this I will not make another purchase or recommend the Superdry brand to my family and friends. Order # SUPERDRYUS4229431
I’ve heard good things about the brand, and wanted to try few hoodies. I did find few items in final sale, and was hesitant to purchase but it did give option for exchanging when I was checking out. And yes, I do know what final sale means but It gave me hope that in case I missed size, I could still exchange. If there was big red lettering at check out stating no exchange- I would skip purchasing.I did miss size and wanted to exchange, but couldn’t because of the final sale.Items are beautiful and look well, but They don’t fit me.So, be careful when you purchase.
Worse return policy in modern retail history. Before making my 1st purchase ever from Superdry, I reviewed the return policy online and it appeared very sensible, free returns and easy to initiate. Not knowing sizing, I ordered 2 men's jackets sizes XS and S on sale for my growing young kid who was transitioning from kids size to mens but he did not know the right size to choose. We also noticed a Superdry store in town so we went there days after placing the order to guess what the online jacket would look like and tried other jackets. We even spoke to at least 2 different sales associates and manager who said I could return the online items in store. They never explicity mentioned any exclusions to returns. The shipment arrived; we quickly tried 1 size on but noticed the jacket was not suitable for East Coast winter weather. When I initiated the return online, it's stated "non returnable." Followed up with the Superdry customer care and the representative emailed back that it's a final sale and nothing could be done. They were not final sale items and I haven't received any further reply to my counter response for assistance. So I have 2 brand new useless jackets and I'm out $168 and multiple hours of my time. Worst of all, my kid still doesn't have a winter jacket. He still wants to buy a thicker Superdry jacket we tried on in store. But why on Earth would I want to give patronage to Superdry again? or ever?! Why would anyone actually want to buy from here? I worked in retail and this is the most egregious return policy and worst aftersales service experience EVER. Beyond disappointing in 2022.
