I love this product! The only thing I'd like you to check is the size. I purchased a jacket in women. The size is XL but only for petite ones. The good thing is I have my daughter used it. I wish to get a bigger size next time. I still want your products.
I purchased a jacket from you . It was too large. I purchased a replacement in a smaller size. When I tried to return the larger size it stated "non returnable" I contacted customer service via chat and was informed I would have to email customer service. I emailed customer service two times and have received no response. I did not see any notification at checkout that this item was non returnable. The receipt I received via email did not state the item was non returnable. Amazon.com has the same SuperDry jacket, for the same price, and states, Free Returns. BTW the jacket ships directly from SuperDry. Buyer beware of SuperDry's return policy!!
I have been a long time SuperDry customer loving many of their shirts and hoodies. My most recent experience ends all that. I purchased 4 items from their website. It turns out that these items were non-returnable. I went back online to check where and when this was presented to me throughout the buying process and only on one item could it be seen. But seriously, who would buy clothes online if they were non returnable? Many styles and cuts fit differently so trying them on it essential. I reached out to customer service and got nowhere, they advised me to email customer care which i did and have heard nothing from them either. Thanks for the memories SuperDry, it was great while it lasted.
Terrible, terrible customer service! I was always happy, this time it is a terrible experience of an honest mistake on my part and unwilling customer support, not responsive management, and lack of flexibility or response. This was my last purchase, good luck in the US market with this horrific customer approach.
