I’m glad that I was able to receive my order in a timely manner. However, upon opening the box and looking at the jacket I noticed the alarm was still on. I then had to leave my home and go to the nearest superdry to take the alarm off. Next time when packaging orders, please be sure to look to ensure there are no alarms on the item.
I like superdry jackets but this is the worst experience I’ve had with them. I think the fact that there is no clear line of communication for customers. The only email line communication sucks, they don’t rely to every thread and respond whenever. I ordered a coat it wasn’t what I thought so I sent it back this is early December. They got the coat back and I still don’t have my refund as of January 5th. Y’all are ridiculous. It makes no sense.
