I would give this review zero stars if it were possible. My orders were made on December 11th for Christmas gifts have still not arrived when they both had a delivery date of December 18th. Their customer service phone number is no where to be found and I’ve waited hours to speak with someone on their live chats who were not customer centric and not helpful. I’ve also sent numerous emails to their customer service email address, who routinely gives me the runaround and is not helpful. First they tell me my order has not been sent and ask if I want a refund, which I promptly replied to and requested a refund (which I had asked for many times) and then they reply telling me I can’t have a refund and they just sent my order. This is several weeks past the expected delivery date (which I paid extra for) and weeks past Christmas. Extremely disappointed. Anyone thinking of buying something should keep this in mind. I ordered a black bomber jacket and the jacket looks great, but its too small. I tried to return it to exchange it for a larger size and the site tells me that the jacket is not eligible for return. There is no indication on the item's page that this was not a returnable item. Now I am stuck with a jacket that I can't wear!
Not a great experience. Online portal behaves weirdly sometimes and because of that I placed the same order 2 times. Customer care is also very slow and there is no customer care number to reach for US people. Chat is also useless, not much of help. Returned few items recently but didn’t receive the full amount. Trying to creat return for few items but the return portal is not allowing to creat a return label. Overall a very bad customer experience
