I’m done with this company

The rep from pens.com was changed. I asked new rep to make a “ re-order.” He stated he could not find my account or get in my account. He kept pushing me to update my logo or add to design. I said no it was a re-order. He gave me a quote that was significantly higher than first price. I said no. He kept putting me on hold. He finally did the re-order with the same prices I had. I spent over 2200. On re-order products. When the order arrived he had added on extra writing to pens and bags ( unauthorized) he shipped the wrong size bags and one set of bags still has not arrived He added 1000 for unauthorized tariff charges. I have asked pens.com to pick up incorrect bags. It’s been a week. My event is sun Oct 26– the bags are too small that they sent. I’ve called EVERY day for a manager. They offered 485. For charges on artwork taxes shipping and tariffs. They told they would listen to recording which I was glad because it will let them hear conversation and the truth

This order was perfect. Last order I received the printing on the pens looked dim\worn out, and I was missing some pens. Counted 3 times to be sure. This order the printing was sharper and I received all the pens I ordered and paid for.

I mailed an order & did not hear…

I mailed an order & did not hear anything for 3 weeks. I rcvd a phone call from you saying you were short on stock & would we settle for 2 colors. I picked 2 & still did not rcv anything for another 3 weeks. I called & was told the order had not been processed yet! An order was then processed for one color, I cancelled the 2nd color & then ANOTHER was processed for the 2nd color!!

Ordered pens/calendars on 9/3/25, called 7 days later to check on "processed" order was informed that the ink pens I ordered were no longer available...Was asked to choose a different pen, was not given the option to purchase a similar pen or better one at the current price of the ink pen that was out. Decided on a different pen, they came in and there was one of them COVERED in ink and ink all inside of the box and on many of the other pens. I did email my rep when the order came in, including pictures, 10/9/25, and I have yet to hear from him.I have ordered from PENS.COM in the past and had nothing but good experiences, but this time I am NOT HAPPY...This may be my last order.
