Poor Quality/Delayed Delivery

Company name spelt incorrectly on pen (website), when logo/spelling is right next to it. I forwarded the email with the proof I approved and sent them pictures of the pens as they requested. Called 2x to resolve this and was told "they will have to look into the source of the problem first."
