We were contacted by a very helpful representative to reorder. He let us know what our prior order had been and what we had paid and gave us a new quote. It was great not having to look this information up in past records. The pens were shipped promptly and accurately. Our clients ALWAYS take a pen at their tax appointment and rave about how it is their favorite pen because it lasts so long and I know that to be true because all of our tax professionals in the office take them home for the same reason!
we received the wrong order which is minor detail but the product ordered had our logo in very small print. The order we received by mistake, same product as what we ordered, had a large logo compared to ours. This is something I tried to convey when placing the order and before it was approved.
