WRONG ORDER

I FOR ONCE IN THE PAST 15 YRS LET A SALESMAN HELP ME WITH MY ORDER THAT I PLACE EVERY YEAR FOR 1500-3000 PENS AND HE MESSED IT UP AND I CANT GET ANY ASSISTANCE WITH IT. SO FRUSTRATING! SHOULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF!

Didn'tbuy new plans

I've been thanked for buying ESET Prieum! Not happened! I contacted ESET for help with getting my cutrent 4 device ESET plan renewal activated. I demand refund for the new Preium plan if indead my renued plan has been charged as well. I don't know why I would a new Premium Plan? Just trying yo het my renewals activated.
