The product is great! Apparently it's a delivery date was not so great. I got home from workTo find 3 boxes had been sitting on my porch in pouring rain. Not exactly sure when they were delivered, But when I picked up each box they were dripping with water. Left them sealed and took a week to dry them. Opened yesterday and most of the envelopes are all sealed shut but calendars appear to be okay. So I guess I just have bad timing since it doesn't rain that often in utah
Ordered pens with imprinting. NOT realizing the font would soooooo small with 3 lines of print - that it is inlegible. Its embarassing to hand out to anyone! And those I do hand it out to - I explain NOT TO ORDER FROM PENS.COM You should warn people that one line is legible and 2 or more lines will compromise. OR do NOT offer more than one line!! Like Vista Print doesUPDATE: Pens.com responded positively to investigate the printing issue. I submitted photos and they reimbursed me. I would consequently give them another chance in the future. I appreciate their proactive response and action.
