Great Writing Pens!

Bad experience

I placed an order for two sets of pens in different colors on September 30 and approved the artwork for one set on October 1. I was told it would be shipped out by October 3, as the three-business-day turnaround begins after artwork approval. However, the order wasn’t shipped until October 5, which disrupted our plans since we were expecting delivery earlier.The experience with the second set of pens was even more frustrating. There was a lot of back-and-forth communication with the artist, and it often felt like my feedback and instructions weren’t being fully understood. I had to call multiple times and initiate several customer service chats just to clarify details and follow up on progress.Overall, the entire process took much longer than expected and required far more effort on my part than it should have. Better communication, attention to detail, and adherence to promised timelines would make a huge difference in improving customer experience.
