Martha’s (my account representative) responsiveness, the excellent quality of the pens, (my customers really like the pens), the rapid turn around from placing my order to receipt of the products, and the very competitive pricing.
The pens I normally purchase were not available and these were suggested to me as a replacement. They are very cheaply made (the price reflects that they are cheap). It is very difficult to make out my business information, it is very blurry and the numbers run together. This would have been a 2 star review, but the complaint department responded very quickly and discounted my order for the issue.
Disappointed... Pulled out our new pens for our Annual Fall Fundraising event. Looked great! Pens were of poor quality. After our evening, we probably threw 20 away as they had broken during their first use or would not write.
