Terrible! I had accidentally entered my old address for delivery but realized my error before order was even dispatched but instead of taking some small extra effort, customer care kept saying they can do nothing. Understand, the order had not left warehouse; but no, too much work for them to sort it out. On being asked the customer representative started copying pasting his single response 'work with the carrier we cant do anything'. the carrier - UPS said they had not received the package and tha the sender can fix this issue, but not Superdry. Lazy and bad service. The package is now in some UPS warehouse and I am trying hard to get this sorted but I can say with certainty I will not be shopping with Superdry again. Congrats you guys did really well to lose a customer.
I wanted to return the jacket to a smaller size but when I went online to process my return it says that I cannot return this item. When I purchase the jacket it didn’t say that the jacket can’t be exchange or return or was a final sale . I wish I could just exchange it to a smaller size
I’ve never bought from Superdry before but really liked the styles. I ordered 3 lightweight jackets, 1 top and 2 dresses. I’ve ordered a lot of clothing online lately and am usually disappointed with the quality of the fabrics and materials. This is not the case with superdry! The quality is great! I also liked the optional guide to help me choose the right size for me (although one of the jackets is too big). All in all I’m really pleased with the quality and the process. Shipments came really quickly too.
The shipping was fast and the ski jacket looks very fashionable. I usually wear size small, and size 6 fits me perfectly. However, the ski jacket is too heavy. it's at least the double the weight of The North Face ski jacket. The material is very stiff. The hood comes down too low it covers my entire face. And it has weird chemical smell. Unfortunately I have to return it.
