I'm very disappointed with my purchase. I bought a ski jacket for my upcoming trip. It was a final sale item. I went specifically through the size finder to make sure I purchase the right size. The jacket is much smaller than what size it states. Unfortunately, now I can't return it and I have no use for a jacket that's a size too small. Let alone I had to run out and find a jacket for my trip and spend more money. The sizing is super inaccurate and knowing that, you should not do final sale items. It is really unfair!!!
I have ordered 2 off the same coats, uUS size 10 and 12. They are extremely large , they don’t fit US size guidelines for 10 and 12 , they are more like 14 and 16 US size. I understand Thad this is no refund item, I was just trying to exchange those 2 coast for sizeUS8. I it was refused by your representative.
