Clothes are cute a little small I would suggest ordering 1-2 sizes up customer service is pretty garbage but shipping was quick so pros cute and shipped fast cons crappy customer service and runs small I’m normally a 2x and probably should have ordered 3 or 4 luckily it fit my mom

Their shirt quality is one of the best…

Their shirt quality is one of the best out there. Unfortunately I ordered online during a sale, and bought 7 shirts without ever trying them on. I usually wear a large shirt, im 228lbs solid build. But these shirts fit like mediums. I couldn't return them because I bought on sale so I gave them away to family and friends. I will say if you wear a large, buy Xl. They fit small.

Amazing great quality products

Amazing great quality products! The biggest issue are the sizes! So inconsistent. Just purchased my large sport fleece which feels like xl or even larger. My jackets now is XL that feels like Large/medium.

Can’t return regular sale item, bad chat reps, no human response at all!

Edit: someone finally got back to me via email 2-3 days after I wrote to them. They sent me a return label for the last item. It took them around 10 business days to refund me. I’m happy it was resolved but they need to work on their return process. Still like their designs but not sure I’d buy from them again based on this.Bought 4 items, included sweatshirts in two sizes so I could find one that fits. Returned three items in the order and kept the last with the tags on so I could continue thinking about it since the sizing wasn’t great but it was going out of season and won’t be restocked. Found out later I couldn't return my last item even though I’m still in the return period. Spoke to a online chat rep who kept giving me a copy/paste response about the item being final sale. He responded so fast I could tell he was just copy pasting it and hitting enter without reading my comments.Yes, the item is marked final sale on superdry’s website but I didn’t purchase it for a final sale price. There was no agreement that returns wouldn’t be allowed.Are customers supposed to check back every second to see if superdry has marked an item final sale and would close their return period suddenly there?? Asked to talked to a manager and the chat rep gave me another copy/paste message that I could write to an email. Then I double checked by googling and it was the WRONG email, I would’ve never received a response...Wrote to the right email and got an automated message that I’d get a reply in 7 DAYS!And the last straw, was asked by the system after the chat if I could rate the chat, as I was typing my review it seemed like someone disconnected me so I couldn’t even rate the chat. Perhaps to avoid a bad personal review. This is RIDICULOUS! No other clothing retailer does this. I like superdry’s designs but if they don’t resolve this I’m never shopping from here again and will tell others to avoid it as well.
