Buyer beware, the 'final sale' information is hidden in the description text. It is not highlighted written in a different color text (usually red on most other websites) nor does it show up in your shopping cart as 'FINAL SALE'. This said, my mistake for not doing due diligence but since one of my jackets came with a defective zipper I Emailed customer service and they ignored/skipped over that and responded by saying it's a final sale. If an item is received damaged/faulty it should be returnable. Waiting response to my second email....
