I would give you 0 stars if I could. I followed your sizing guide and ordered a black puffer jacket in a size 8. I am normally a size 4-6 and wear a small in most tops. But I listened to your sizing guide and ordered an 8. The jacket is WAY TOO LARGE. So I go on your website to exchange it for a smaller size. Your returns/exchange portal is garbage and kept saying I was processing a return. I emailed your customer service reps to confirm I am completing an exchanges with no response. I called your number and NO ONE IS ANSWERING PHONES??? What kind of customer service is that? Cherry on top is now the jacket is out of stock in the size I need so I can’t even do an exchange. I am so annoyed. Your sizing guide sucks, just let people order for themselves.
The aesthetics of superdry are cute. It all looks very fitted. It is true to size, good quality, and the company ships quickly with tracking information. I read reviews just to be sure I wasn’t buying from a weird site (wasn’t familiar with the brand) so I knew it was all going to be ok, but I was thoroughly impressed with the quality.
I love Superdry! My orders tend to arrive very quickly, and are always well-packaged. Moreover, it is so nice to find women's clothes that are still actually fitted and stylish! Superdry is quickly becoming my go-to when it comes to buying clothing. You are awesome; never change! :) <3 <3 <3
I have been buying your products for more than 2 years because they are quality, all my clothes are from this brand but the last two times my boyfriend and I have bought, the sizes are correct but they look smaller. I have compared them with the other products and if they are smaller. I think for now I will stop buying this brand
I will be honest and say I was blown away for two reasons. The delivery was far superior than anything I have ordered from other places in the past. It was right on time and quick! Secondly the quality was amazing, so much so I ordered a second jacket days after receiving my first. Great company and quality products.
