Amazing!Superdry is an amazing brand. I bought a jacket and I cannot be more happier. A quality you cannot find every day. The shipping and handling went smooth and my jacket came in three days. I am so pleased with this company and I consider buying more products from them. Strongly recommended!!!
Order came quickly and jacket is as flattering as online. However it does not have the feel I was hoping for -- it's too crunchy and feels a bit cheap/plastic, and it is quite noisy. The down feels more like feather although its nice none is coming through the seams. It is also made in China which is very disappointing, especially for a brand that is supposed to have the 'Spirit of Japan' according to the tag. I'm debating whether or not to return it, but it did not turn out to be the jacket I hoped (despite the fact that it looks good and fits).
I know the problem is not in your hands but if it process fast then customers feel relax. The problem is if we cancel orders or order cancel from your end, it is taking time to deposit amount to customer bank account. Other than that you guys are awesome and doing great with great collection.
