The repair technician was very, kind, personable, and knowledgeable. He fixed my range and my freezer light in one visit. However, the only thing I noticed that I did not care for was, he left fingerprints all over my stainless steel that I had just cleaned the day before. The company that he works for, I will not mention the name, they need to give their techs stainless steel cleaner when they go to the homes so they can finish the job properly.
I have had Steel Blue boots for years. When I moved from Australia to the USA, I packed my 2year old boots to come with me. They have done it tough, working as an electrician and now in HVAC. I was so glad when I found the USA site and got a new pair of the Southern Cross boots straight away. The pricing was fair. The shipping was fast and delivered in perfect condition. But most of all the boots were of the exact same quality and build that I had for years. Very happy customer
Unable to unsubscribe from their daily marketing emails. Everytime I try, their website says the unsubscribe function isn't working. It's been like this for WEEKS! Talked to them thru their chat and no one could help me. Super frustrated. Horrible service.
