I purchased something from the Superdry US site. At the top of this very page that I'm writing this review on from the link they sent me to write it, it says Superdry US, yet the item shipped from the UK and took forever to arrive. The delivery updates from the Superdry site were vague at best. They should specify that you are getting a product delivered from overseas before you checkout

Your product is great

Your product is great! It's beautiful and has very good quality. However, I noticed that your sales and/or customer service staff are not adequately trained. This is the second time I've purchased from you, and both times I bought over the phone, and in both cases, the service was delayed, as if the person on the other end was a bit confused. Another problem was that right after the purchase, I received the confirmation email with different prices than what was stated over the phone. Last year, on my first purchase, it took a long time until I got the confirmation email of the purchase, more than a week or so. This time was faster, but I received three emails before getting the one with the correct price. Finally, in the promotion that you sent to me, the pens were in different colors, very pretty. So, I ordered the product in two different colors and was told it was available in those colors. Later, I received an email saying it was not available in one of the colors... which frustrated me, as the salesperson should have told me this while we were on the phone. Anyway, I believe that your salespeople need some professional improvement regarding to communication with customers. By the way, that's why I rated you 3 stars only.
