At the onset of the process, it was fantastic working with Reno, who was very attentive, knowledgeable and great follow through. Once we got to the payment portion it turned to a nightmare of being unprofessional, not reliable, and not equipped to handle a large order. We are used to working with companies that can easily accept a simple credit card without jumping through all those hoops. Then one of the boxes were not shipped and we were frantic for having the full supply. lesson learned for me with my next choice.
