I was trying to buy the pens and found out my order was cancelled because I was supposed to approve something in another email that I never received after calling several times. It would have been easier to accept the proof right away which I thought I already did when I clicked approve the order and paid for it. Shouldn’t make it so difficult to purchase .
I love the pens and the service, the only problem I have is that every time I order something I will get a flyer in the mail a week later with the same exact product on sale.....why not give me the sale price when I order as I am a regular customer
We really like the customized pen lights but were disappointed when many of them arrived clicked on, probably due to being packed loosely in the box. Several of the pen lights were failing due to the batteries running down. Granted they were purchased at a discounted price but we did not plan to have to buy replacement batteries. Hate to give them as gifts to customers if they quickly stop working as this will not reflect well on us.
