I have had a great experience with Zip and really appreciate the service they provide. I had been saving up to purchase a pretty substantial Christmas gift this year and luckily for me the item I planned to purchase went on a large sale. Unfortunately I was still about a month of saving away to afford it and did not qualify for the retailer's credit offers, but thanks to Zip I received a line of credit and was able to make the purchase. Thanks to being able to purchase the item right now on sale, Zip saved me hundreds and now I don't have to worry about getting it just in time for the holidays. Thank you for saving Christmas this year Zip.
Be careful because they are now known to do illegal things. Unfortunately I now have attorneys involved. Pay attention to your payment methods, what they charge, and make sure if you chat, you do like I did and screenshot and/or download your conversation. They will take money even if you didn't authorize it.
I like the options and the low interest, it’s basically non existent. However, there needs to be better instruction on how to exactly use the virtual card when checking out. I made the mistake of tapping the process transaction link more than once, the system glitched and I had funds in my checking account put on hold for the same purchase…TWICE. I attempted to chat with a support agent and I received a response stating they would be “back tomorrow”
Only reason its not a 1 ⭐️ is my issue was resolved after 2 weeks! On my first purchase they doubled charged me and opened 4 agreements of $50 I paid $36 and they still wanted me to pay 4 more payments on each one. i let them know of the issues they said “it happens, glitch. We dont do refunds”Next rep gave me a refund and cleaned my account up! Be careful and keep pushing the matter.
